NexPhase Capital has made an undisclosed growth investment in Everywhere Communications, a mission-critical software platform founded in 2016 and headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland. The platform combines satellite, cellular, and Wi-Fi connectivity with automated safety workflows and real-time operational intelligence to help government and enterprise clients maintain resilient communications and workforce safety across more than 175 countries. Everywhere serves sectors including utilities, mining, oil and gas, and humanitarian aid.

Founder and CEO Patrick Shay will continue leading the current management team after the deal closes. "Everywhere has built a differentiated platform at the intersection of resilient communications, workforce safety, and operational intelligence," said Bob Gartland, partner at NexPhase Capital.

NexPhase Capital is a lower middle-market private equity firm managing approximately $2.6 billion in capital, with over 100 investments across healthcare, software, and consumer sectors. Choate, Hall & Stewart advised NexPhase, while Baird served as financial advisor and DLA Piper as legal advisor to Everywhere Communications.
