Kristin Kelly has joined EIV Capital as a partner, focusing on the firm's upstream strategy. Kelly brings nearly two decades of energy investing experience, most recently serving as head of traditional energy – Americas at EIG, where she led the firm's North American upstream investment strategy. She will work alongside Claire Harvey and Jason Tracton on acquisition sourcing, underwriting and portfolio management for EIV Resources.

Prior to EIG, Kelly was a managing director at the firm and held roles at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co in both investment banking and private equity.
