A new 'save it for later' button allows users to return to interesting episodes. Meta also sends nudges to remind users to share episodes after premiere and provides podcast insights tracking clicks and saves. Unlike general in-app analytics, Threads emphasizes off-platform link tracking for podcasts.

The move aligns with the rise of video podcasts as shareable content across social and streaming platforms. By making podcast promotion seamless, Meta aims to position Threads as a default destination for discovering shows.
