If you're hearing a robotic voice narrating everything on your Roku TV, it's likely the screen reader accessibility feature that can be accidentally triggered. This text-to-speech tool helps visually impaired users navigate the interface, but can activate unintentionally when the Options button (star icon) is pressed four times rapidly - often due to remote mishaps or curious pets.

To disable the screen reader, press the Options button four more times. Alternatively, navigate through Settings > Accessibility > Screen Reader and select Off. To prevent future accidental activation, you can also disable the shortcut entirely within the Screen Reader settings menu.
