Luca Maestri has stepped down from his role running Apple's Corporate Services, according to Bloomberg sources. Maestri served as CFO under Tim Cook before transitioning to Vice President of Corporate Services at the end of 2024. He remains on the Apple payroll but has recently left that position. Current CFO Kevan Parekh has assumed the Corporate Services responsibilities. Maestri is winding down his time at the company as he prepares for retirement, reportedly visiting the office only once a week. With no clear remit, he will not report to new CEO John Ternus until his eventual departure.

Apple has seen other recent leadership changes. Phil Schiller has reduced his workload, turning over App Store and product event duties as he moves toward retirement. The company updated its leadership page following John Ternus's installation as CEO. Updates include Jennifer Newstead's government affairs title change and revised autobiographies for Deirdre O'Brien and Johny Srouji.

These shifts mark a period of transition at Apple as the company adjusts to new leadership at the highest levels.
