The settlement claims website is now live for Apple's delayed Siri lawsuit, offering up to $95 per eligible device. The class-action lawsuit alleged that Apple delayed Siri features related to artificial intelligence implementation, despite advertising various iPhone models as compatible with the impending upgrades.

Apple agreed to a $250 million settlement, with eligible claimants able to receive between $25 and $95 per qualifying device. Apple has denied any wrongdoing. To qualify, purchasers must have bought an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16e, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, or iPhone 16 Pro Max between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025, for personal or business use.

Claims must be submitted by December 21. A final approval hearing is scheduled for February 24 to determine attorney fees, litigation costs, and distribution. Interested parties should visit the settlement website and have their device serial numbers ready.
