Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S12 Plus, its latest flagship Android tablets powered by Media Tek's Dimensity 9500 chipset. The Tab S12 Ultra features a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1,600 nits peak brightness, while the Tab S12 Plus gets a 12.6-inch panel with identical specs. Both tablets include S Pen support, in-display fingerprint sensors, and IP68 dust and water resistance.

The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra starts at $1,400, while the Tab S12 Plus starts at $1,200. Samsung claims the Tab S12 Ultra can last up to 23 hours on a single charge thanks to its 11,600m Ah battery, and the Plus can manage 21 hours with its 10,600m Ah cell. Both support 45W wired charging.

The Ultra measures just 5.1mm thin, making it the thinnest Galaxy Tab yet, and includes a new 3D vapor chamber for heat management. The tablets ship with One UI 9 based on Android 17 and include Samsung's latest Galaxy AI features. Samsung has partnered with Adobe to preload Photoshop on the series, and users can run three apps simultaneously using Multi Window.

Storage options range from 256GB to 1TB with microSD expansion up to 2TB.
