Vista Land & Landscapes Inc., owned by Philippine billionaire Manuel Villar, is evaluating options to raise funds, including the sale of assets, to meet obligations such as a $420-million bond due next July. The developer disclosed in a statement to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Tuesday that it continuously evaluates various funding and liquidity management alternatives. Beyond monetizing assets, other options include bank financing, operating cash flows, and capital markets.

The company aims to ensure it can fulfill its financial commitments as the bond maturity approaches.
