Rangers and Aberdeen's Premier Sports Cup semi-final will take place on 31 October at 17:30:30 BST, with Hearts v Hibernian scheduled for 1 November at 15:00. Both matches will take place at Hampden Park and organisers the Scottish Professional Football League have confirmed allocated stands and ticket prices. Rangers defeated visitors Celtic 3-0 in their quarter-final, with Aberdeen overcoming Kilmarnock on penalties after a 1-1 draw.

Hearts were the first side through to the semis, beating hosts Stenhousemuir 3-0, and Hibernian won by the same score away to Ross County. The final will take place on Sunday, 13 December, also at Hampden. There are three Premiership fixtures scheduled for the day of the Rangers v Aberdeen semi-final - Falkirk v Celtic, Kilmarnock v St Johnstone and Motherwell v St Mirren.

Aberdeen lost 1-0 at home to Rangers in their early-season league encounter and Hearts prevailed 3-1 at Easter Road in the first Edinburgh derby of the campaign.
