The Premier League has announced fixture dates and times for the 2026-27 festive period more than a month ahead of schedule. Originally set for release in the week commencing 19 October, the schedule for game weeks 17 to 20 — covering Boxing Day through Thursday, 7 January — is now public.

A league statement confirmed the early release followed agreement with broadcast partners to accelerate the selection process for live UK matches. The move gives supporters over three months' notice to plan travel and arrangements for the busy holiday period, following consultation with the Football Supporters' Association and club Fan Advisory Boards.

Fixtures for earlier December rounds and November remain on their original announcement timeline. The festive slate includes seven matches on Boxing Day and one on New Year's Day.
