Lando Norris announced two new projects to support underfunded drivers in single‑seater racing. LN4 Fusion, led by former Prema boss Rene Rosin and UK operations head Dan Hazlewood, will field cars in F2, F3 and British F4. The LN4 Legacy Programme, headed by ex‑Alpine sporting director Julian Rouse, is a fully‑funded initiative to nurture talent up to Formula 1, initially backing one junior driver with hopes to expand.

Norris emphasized the high costs involved, noting the need for tens of millions in backing and broader industry support. He praised Rosin’s experience after years of racing against Prema and highlighted strong industry interest, with Rosin receiving hundreds of job inquiries. Norris also called on the FIA and F1 management to address the exorbitant expenses across the racing ladder, stressing that lasting change requires collective effort beyond individual projects.
