Opalite Health (YC W26) is hiring its first GTM hire to build enterprise sales into hospitals and health systems. The physician-led team, with backgrounds from Apple, Meta, and Codex, is rebuilding healthcare communication through real-time medical interpretation powered by voice AI.

The role offers full sales cycle ownership: discovery, demos, pricing, security review, and contracting. The candidate will develop outbound strategies, build relationships with healthcare executives and clinicians, and bring customer insights back to product strategy. This is a ground-up sales role with no established playbook.

Requirements include 2+ years in closing sales, business development, or growth roles, strong communication skills, high social awareness, and curiosity about technology and AI. Healthcare sales experience and early-stage startup experience are preferred.

Compensation includes $70K base salary, uncapped commission, and equity. The company, founded in 2025 and based in San Francisco, is located in San Mateo, CA. Opalite replaces traditional interpretation services with software that is more reliable and saves millions of dollars annually.
