Apple and Klarna are partnering on a new "Apple Upgrade" leasing program launching in the U.S. on July 28, per Mark Gurman. The program finances most iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch models with 24-month terms for iPhones and Apple Watches and 36-month terms for iPads and Macs, allowing early payoff, upgrades, or return. Apple will wind down the existing iPhone Upgrade Program.

Apple also raised prices across services: Apple Music now costs $11.99, driving increases to Apple One bundles. iPhone prices rose up to 11% in Japan, and iCloud+ prices increased in eight countries.

Apple plans to refresh every Mac over the next two years with 11 new Macs in development, starting this fall with an entry-level 14-inch MacBook Pro and new iMacs. iOS 27 Beta 4 arrived with references to a dual-battery "iPhone Ultra" foldable, while iOS 27 adds a manual Mac-style recovery screen. Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold8 offers a preview of Apple's expected foldable form factor.
