Apple's latest devices have had their RAM specifications revealed via Xcode 27.2. The new fourth-generation Apple TV 4K, powered by the A19 chip, features 8GB of RAM. The new iPad mini with an OLED display and A20 Pro chip comes equipped with 12GB of RAM.
Additionally, the iPhone Duo is confirmed to have 12GB of RAM. While these figures align with expectations, Apple does not typically disclose RAM amounts in its official tech specs, making this confirmation noteworthy. The revelations come amid an industrywide memory chip shortage that has driven up prices for RAM and storage components.
As a result, Apple has implemented price increases across a wide range of its product lineup this year, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, HomePods, and the Apple TV 4K. These hardware details offer insight into the internal specifications of Apple's newest consumer electronics.
