Apple is expected to release updated iMac and 14-inch MacBook Pro models tomorrow, both featuring the M6 chip that previously debuted in the new Mac mini. No design changes are anticipated for these updated Macs. Additionally, higher-end 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models with touch-enabled OLED displays are expected to be announced on Wednesday.
Apple has also sent invites for a Los Angeles event on October 28 with the tagline 'Pro and tell,' suggesting the rumored touchscreen MacBook Pros will retain the MacBook Pro branding rather than adopting the previously speculated 'MacBook Ultra' name.
