vivo's X Fold6 arrives as the successor to last year's X Fold5, introducing two major upgrades that address core foldable phone limitations. The device features a 200MP Zeiss-branded main camera using Samsung's 1/1.4-inch HPB sensor, matching the company's X300 series telephoto performance. Completing the camera setup are 50MP ultrawide and telephoto sensors with 3x optical zoom, plus support for the optional ZEISS Teleconverter G2.

The X Fold6 packs a 7,000mAh Si-C battery, marking the largest capacity ever seen in a foldable device. This represents a 1,000mAh increase over its predecessor while maintaining 80W wired and 40W wireless charging capabilities. vivo also upgraded the durability with IP58/IP59 protection against dust and high-temperature water jets.

Both displays run at 120Hz refresh rate with the cover screen measuring 6.5 inches at 20.3:9 aspect ratio and the main panel spanning 8.02 inches at 4:3.7. Powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 Super with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, the phone ships with Origin OS 6 Fold based on Android 16.

A new Atomic Workbench feature enables running up to five apps simultaneously in separate windows. Priced from CNY 7,999 to CNY 11,999 in China, the X Fold6 launches July 1 with preorder availability now, though global rollout details remain unclear.
