vivo today unveiled the T5 5G, the sixth member of the T5 series, positioning it as a device for ambitious young users seeking powerful performance and long-lasting endurance. The smartphone is powered by the Dimensity 7500 Turbo SoC, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It runs Android 16-based Origin OS 6, with vivo promising three OS upgrades and five years of security updates.

The device features a 6.83-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 3,000 nits peak brightness. On the rear, a "Skyline Camera Module" houses a 50MP primary Sony IMX882 sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide. A 32MP punch-hole selfie camera is embedded beneath the front display.

Powering the vivo T5 5G is a massive 7,050 mAh battery with 44W charging support. Additional features include dual stereo speakers, a 3,800 mm2 VC cooling system, MIL-STD-810H certification, and IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. The smartphone is available in Royal Bronze and Silver Green colors across four memory configurations priced between INR 34,999 and INR 49,999.

Sales begin in India on September 9 via vivo's website, Flipkart, and partner stores. Notably, the vivo T5 5G shares its lineage with the recently launched i QOO Z11.
