Verizon is giving away more than 2,500 free tickets to FIFA World Cup 2026 matches across 64 games in every US host city. As the Official Telecommunication Services Sponsor, the carrier is leveraging its partnership with David Beckham, who stars in a new commercial promoting Verizon's "Ultimate Access" to the tournament.

Tickets become available June 1 at 3 PM ET exclusively through the My Verizon app, with Golden Tickets offering pitchside viewing for select winners. The promotion operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and customers can only claim tickets for matches within 150 miles of their home address since travel and lodging aren't included.

The campaign also includes streaming benefits: new Verizon Home Internet subscribers receive three months of Fox One free, while myPlan customers can add the service for $15 monthly. Fox One serves as the exclusive US broadcaster for World Cup matches, making this promotion strategically valuable for customer acquisition during the tournament's June-July 2026 run.

This move represents Verizon's push to strengthen its mobile and streaming ecosystem ahead of the massive sporting event, combining celebrity appeal with practical consumer benefits to drive engagement across its services.
