Both phones come with MediaTek Dimensity chipsets and massive batteries while also boasting IP68/IP69 ingress protection. iQOO Neo11 Ultra Neo11 Ultra is equipped with the Dimensity 9500 Monster chipset, which is paired with iQOO’s Q2 gaming chip and up to 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage.
