Samsung released the Android 17-based One UI 9 stable update for the Galaxy S25 series a few days ago, initially limited to South Korea. The rollout has now expanded to the US, covering the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Ultra, and Galaxy S25 FE. The One UI 9 stable update for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra rolling out in the US has a firmware version ending with DZIF, while the firmware version for the Galaxy S25 FE ends with CZIF.
The update requires a download of around 4GB, but it's smaller for those who were enrolled in the One UI 9 beta program. Users in the US who haven't received the stable One UI 9 update yet can check for the update manually by navigating to Settings > Software update. A video is available to learn more about One UI 9 features.
