New leaks suggest Oppo is developing an aggressive camera system for its future Find X10 Ultra flagship. Engineers are reportedly testing a 200MP periscope telephoto lens paired with a 1/1.3-inch sensor. This hardware push aims to surpass the capabilities of current mobile imaging technology by utilizing much larger sensor dimensions for better light intake.

Internal testing even includes a potential 200MP sensor with a massive 1/1.12-inch footprint. While that specific component remains unfinalized, the company is also evaluating a Samsung HPC sensor. A secondary 50MP Samsung GNB periscope lens measuring 1/1.95 inches would likely round out this complex multi-camera array to provide versatile zoom options.

These specifications represent a significant jump over the Find X9 Ultra, which uses a smaller 1/1.28-inch sensor for its primary telephoto. Such hardware upgrades signal an industry-wide race to dominate mobile photography through raw sensor size. We expect an official announcement for this device in Q1 2027.
