Oppo announced the rollout of Color OS 17 to the newly launched F35 Pro, part of the third wave of the new operating system. For F-series devices, Color OS 17 introduces Color OS Smoothness Boost, which optimizes system responsiveness for a fluid experience, combined with the Laminar Flow engine for improved performance. The update adds AI Call Guard, alerting users to potential fraud involving synthetic voices and AI-manipulated faces during calls and video interactions, and Private Computing Cloud (PCC) to keep user data private, even from Oppo.
The Oppo F35 Pro is a mid-range device launched early last month, featuring a Media Tek Dimensity 7360 chipset and a large 8000mAh battery. It is available in India starting at INR 45,999.
