Samsung has launched One UI 9 for the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, and Galaxy Z Flip6 in the United States. The update, initially released in South Korea last week, is now available over-the-air for devices purchased from AT&T and T-Mobile, as well as unlocked models. The download is approximately 4GB, so a fast network is recommended.
Once installed, users will be on Android 17 with the September 2026 security patch. Firmware versions for the S24 series end in EZIF, while the Z Fold6 and Flip6 receive F956U1UEU4EZIH and F741U1UEU4EZIH respectively. The rollout is expected to expand to other countries soon.
