Nothing is rolling out Nothing OS 4.1 to the Phone (3), bringing several new features despite no Android version bump. The update includes Essential Voice functionality, a new lock screen clock, and expanded Live Updates that now work across the lock screen, notification panel, and Glyph interface.

The Essential Notifications UI has been cleaned up with new descriptions, and the update includes the April 2026 security patches. Audio call quality improvements are specifically optimized for Nothing audio devices, while video call stability has been enhanced for third-party apps.

The update will also reach the Phone (3a), Phone (3a) Pro, Phone (2a) series, Phone (2), CMF Phone 1, and CMF Phone 2 Pro later this month. The Phone (3a) Lite will receive the update in early May. This staggered rollout ensures Nothing can address any issues before expanding to its broader device portfolio.
