Motorola has launched its new Signature line, targeting the premium smartphone market with a more accessible price point. The Motorola Signature is positioned below traditional flagships but offers compelling value with a 12/512GB model priced at £900/€1,000 in Europe, significantly less than competitors like the vivo X300 Pro or OnePlus 15. The device features a slim 7.0mm design and lightweight 186g build, housing a large 5,200mAh battery—47g lighter than the iPhone 17 Pro Max yet with superior battery capacity.

It supports fast 90W wired and 50W wireless charging, a 6.8” LTPO 165Hz+ display, and includes USB-C 3.1 Gen2 with DisplayPort 1.4. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 (non-Elite), it falls short of top-tier chipsets but still delivers strong performance. The quad 50MP camera system includes a large main sensor, telephoto, ultra-wide, and autofocus selfie camera.

This launch matters to budget-conscious consumers seeking flagship features without the premium cost. It challenges OnePlus and vivo in the mid-to-high-end segment. The Signature also promises seven years of OS updates and utilizes Motorola’s Hello UI with Smart Connect desktop mode.
