GrapheneOS, the privacy-focused Android fork without Google services, will officially support upcoming Motorola 2027 flagship devices. These will ship with Motorola's standard Android skin but allow users to switch to switch to GrapheneOS later through developer collaboration. Support begins with a regular non-folding device, successor to the Motorola Signature, followed by the next-gen Razr Fold and Razr Ultra.

All devices will use flagship Snapdragon chipsets for better performance and isolated SoC components. Motorola is handling a large portion of the GrapheneOS porting work to meet or exceed official requirements, including seven years of proper updates. The move enhances security and longevity for users seeking de-Googled Android experiences while retaining app compatibility.
