Motorola's Signature 27 will be one of the first phones powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6. Graphene OS has confirmed initial support for the Signature 27, expanding beyond Google Pixel phones for the first time. Graphene OS is based on AOSP but focuses heavily on privacy, with optional Google Play services running sandboxed.

At the Qualcomm Snapdragon Summit 2026, Motorola showcased the Signature 27 with the new 2nm chipset reaching clock speeds up to 5GHz. The phone features a new camera layout and Audio by B&O. Graphene OS, a privacy-focused Android variant, historically supported only Google Pixel devices due to strict hardware requirements.

Graphene OS confirmed on X that initial support is planned for the Signature 27, though details on timing and installation are not yet available. Motorola hasn't announced the exact release date or pricing for the Signature 27.
