Motorola officially launched the Moto G87, featuring the 200MP main camera with OIS and 2x lossless zoom, marking the highest-resolution sensor ever in a G-series device. The phone also includes an 8MP ultrawide and 32MP front camera, alongside a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 SoC and 12GB RAM for smooth performance.

The device boasts a 6.78-inch Extreme AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 5,000-nit peak brightness, protected by IP66, IP68, and IP69 certifications. Its MIL-STD-810H durability rating ensures resistance to drops from 1.2m.

Powering the Moto G87 is a 5,200 mAh battery with 30W wired charging, and it runs Android 16. The phone will debut in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America soon, though pricing remains undisclosed.

Interestingly, the device may be marketed as the Moto G Max in certain regions. This launch solidifies Motorola’s push for high-end specs in budget-friendly hardware, appealing to tech enthusiasts seeking flagship-level features at lower price points.
