The 41mm case is stainless steel with a fiber‑reinforced composite back, whereas the GT 7 Pro uses a titanium alloy case with a nanocrystalline ceramic rear.

Both watches include an optical heart‑rate sensor and a skin‑temperature sensor; the GT 7 Pro also adds ECG support. Huawei expanded sports modes and health‑tracking across the lineup requesting users to keep light usage for optimal performance.

Battery life is a standout: the 41mm Watch GT 7 can last up to 14 days, while the 46mm Watch GT 7 and the GT 7 Pro reach up to 21 days under light usage. Prices start at CNY 1,588 for the 41mm, CNY 1,688 for the 46mm, and CNY 2,688 for the GT 7 Pro, with various strap options available via Huawei’s official online store.
