The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 foldables and new smartwatches are now available globally (the official launch was on Friday). The Galaxy Z Fold8 accounted for 40% of all Z8 pre‑orders in Europe and a whopping 70% in Korea. The Z Fold8 Ultra traces back to the original Galaxy Fold and features a larger 5,000m Ah battery, faster charging and other improvements highlighted in our review.

The Galaxy Z Flip8 uses a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset in the US (and several other regions) instead of an Exynos chipset like the Flip7. Samsung’s Watch9 also got a new Snapdragon Wear Elite chipset and a battery bump from 325m Ah to 390m Ah on the 40mm model. The Watch Ultra2 replaces the Exynos W1000 with a Snapdragon Wear Elite, upgrades water resistance to IP69K, and boosts battery from 590m Ah to 800m Ah.

If foldables aren’t your style, the Galaxy S26 trio keeps steady pricing: the S26 Ultra dipped under $1,000 for the 256GB model, and the S26+ also falls below $1,000. Google will unveil the Pixel 11 series next week, but the Pixel 10a remains the cheap option for now.
