The Galaxy A57 generated some interest, particularly for its thinner and lighter design, but the consensus remains that its price is too high. Many commenters suggested that the Galaxy S24 FE and S25 FE offer better value, featuring premium chipsets and telephoto cameras at similar price points. The lack of a microSD card slot in the A5x series since the A55 has also alienated some long-time Samsung fans.

For the Galaxy A37, over half of poll participants believe there are superior mid-range options available, both from Samsung and other brands. In some regions, flagship killers with Snapdragon 8-series chips are available for the same price, making the A37's more modest specifications less appealing. While Samsung's A-series typically sells well despite enthusiast criticism, the company may be missing an opportunity to strengthen its position in the competitive mid-range segment.
