Leaked dummy images of Apple's rumored foldable iPhone Ultra have surfaced showing the device in black finish. The wide-screen form factor resembles the Huawei Pura X Max and reveals significant design details ahead of the expected September launch. These images provide the first clear look at what could be the company's entry into the foldable market.

The device measures roughly 4.5mm thick when unfolded and features a dual-camera system in a pill-shaped module on the rear. Inside, the flexible display stretches to 7.76 inches, giving it an iPad mini-like appearance. A hole-punch cutout in the upper-left corner houses the inner selfie camera, while the 5.49-inch cover display includes its own centered front-facing camera. Volume buttons sit along the top edge with a power button and Camera Control key on the side.

Apple reportedly plans to power the Ultra with an A20 Pro chipset and equip it with 12GB of RAM. If these specifications hold true, the foldable would compete directly with Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold series and represent Apple's take on the large-screen foldable concept.

The iPhone Ultra's design language suggests Apple is prioritizing screen real estate over extreme portability, potentially appealing to users who want tablet functionality without carrying two devices. Its September 8 unveiling timeline aligns with typical iPhone release cycles.
