Asus has confirmed the 12.2-inch Asus Pad will launch in India on August 6 at 12:00 noon local time, marking the company's return to the Android tablet market. The price remains undisclosed.

The tablet features an OLED display with 2800x1840 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 3:2 aspect ratio, and 2,000-nit peak brightness. Audio comes from four speakers with Dolby Atmos 360 support.

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 SoC with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB or 256GB expandable UFS 3.1 storage, the device includes a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and 5MP front camera. A 9,000 mAh battery supports 45W fast charging.

Measuring 271.1 x 182.4 x 6.5 mm and weighing 523g, the Asus Pad ships with a case included, runs Android 16, and will be available only in Pure White.
