Players will navigate an ethical dilemma by convincing an AI it's not human, despite the protagonist being a digital clone themselves. The game promises philosophical conundrums wrapped in futuristic storytelling.

Gameplay involves scanning environments, interacting with corporate employees, and managing CAPTCHA challenges to establish humanity claims. The developers have woven real-world footage of Vancouver into the virtual landscape, leveraging the city's film infrastructure to create visually distinct graphics. Remy Siu, founder of Sunset Visitor, explains this approach adds "tactility to human forms."

This sequel carries significant expectations, as 1000xResist earned both a Hugo Award nomination and a Peabody Award for storytelling excellence. The game is currently available to wishlist on Steam, though no release date has been announced. Sunset Visitor's previous work established them as voices in thoughtful sci-fi narratives.
