Oppo Find N6: The Foldable Phone That Could Challenge Samsung

Oppo's Find N6 is a high-spec foldable phone launching exclusively in Asian markets, with no US or European availability. At just 8.93mm thick and featuring a 6.62-inch front display plus 8.12-inch inner screen, it's a remarkably slim device. The Find N6 boasts a 6,000mAh battery, 80W SUPERVOOC charging, and a 200MP main camera system.

Oppo has obsessed over the foldable crease, using 3D liquid printing and laser scanning to reduce hinge height variance from 0.2mm to 0.05mm. TÜV Rheinland testing shows the Find N6 reduces long-term crease formation by up to 82% compared to last year's model. The device also features IP59 dust and water resistance, a custom 7-core Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and peak brightness of 3,500 nits on the front screen.

Priced at ¥9999 (approximately $1,450) for the 12GB/256GB model, the Find N6 launches March 20 in China, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and other Asian territories. With its impressive specs and camera system rivaling Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold series, the Find N6 proves Oppo can compete in the premium foldable market. The question remains: what's stopping Oppo from expanding beyond Asia?
