Google is enhancing AI Mode in Search with new trip-planning features, including flight price tracking, hotel booking, and points-based cost insights. Users can now ask the AI assistant to monitor flight prices for specific routes and dates, receiving email alerts when fares change. The feature supports over 300 airlines and travel sites, with initial partners like Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, and Hilton.

Additionally, AI Mode can display the cost of flights and hotels in miles or points, helping travelers maximize rewards. Hotel booking is also integrated, allowing users to complete reservations directly through the AI interface, with partners such as Expedia and Marriott. These features are rolling out in the US and other regions where AI Mode is available, excluding the European Economic Area, with broader partner support planned in the coming weeks.
