The new Galaxy Z8 foldables finally beat the Galaxy Note10's long-standing pre-order record of 1.38 million units in South Korea. is official with Oppo's biggest battery ever, boasting a 10,000 mAh capacity. The Poco M8 Power arrives with a 120Hz screen, a Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 SoC, and an 8,000 mAh battery. The Xiaomi Redmi 17 4G is going on sale in Europe before it's even official. The Redmi K100 Pro will use a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V SoC, with its design and key specs revealed. The Honor Robot Phone specs have leaked, and the device is slated for a full unveiling on August 12th. The Oppo Find X10 Ultra is in testing with two big sensors for its 10x zoom camera. Marketing materials for the Google Pixel 11 Pro have leaked, confirming some specifications. The Google Pixel 10a is currently 15% off at Amazon, bringing the price down to $424.

Spotify announced that it now has 300 million Premium subscribers, three times more than Apple Music. WhatsApp group chats can now be pinged with an @all notification. Gemini Spark now has Chrome web-browsing capabilities, allowing it to handle web errands using logged-in accounts and saved passwords. Google has killed an unreleased AI app. OpenAI has responded to Apple's trade secret lawsuit, stating that Apple "is getting this wrong."
