Installation is straightforward for users with pre-drilled doors, typically taking 5-10 minutes using just a Phillips screwdriver. The lock features a clean, minimalist design with mostly metal construction, earning BHMA Grade 2 certification. LED lights activate only when needed, and a keypad appears when the lock is engaged.

Multiple entry methods include Apple Home Key via NFC or UWB, passcodes, and compatibility with apps like Apple Home, SmartThings, and Amazon Alexa. Notably, physical key support is omitted entirely, relying on passcodes and emergency USB-C power as fallbacks.
