iPhone Fold Set for September 2026 Launch

A new leak confirms iPhone Fold is still on track for a September 2026 launch, claiming manufacturing issues were resolved without a major redesign.

Despite earlier reports of hinge problems that could have delayed the device, regular leaker Fixed Focus Digital says there has never been a delay. The leaker notes that the foldable project faced production challenges during the initial testing batch, but these hurdles were overcome.

According to the leaker, the final production model will remain largely unchanged from Apple’s early 2026 plans, and a future teardown of the shipped device should confirm this.

Supply‑chain reports corroborate the timeline, with multiple component manufacturers continuing production without significant delays. While Fixed Focus Digital szy has a mixed track record—successfully naming the iPhone 16 e but incorrectly predicting the iPhone 17 display—this latest claim appears credible.
