The Studio Display XDR received more praise for its 120Hz Adaptive Sync capability and 2000 nits brightness, though its compatibility is limited to newer M4 Macs. The MacBook Air M5 update brought the latest processor and Wi-Fi 7 support but offered little reason for existing users to upgrade, especially with a $100 price increase.
