Apple is keeping older versions of iOS, macOS, and iPadOS going, with another round of updates as the OS 27 era kicks off.

Even with iOS 27 and Apple's other latest operating systems now rolling out, the company is continuing to support users who haven't upgraded. New updates for iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS Sequoia, and macOS Tahoe are now rolling out.

The release builds are as follows: iOS 26.7, build number 23H24; iPadOS 26.7, build number 23H24; macOS Sequoia 15.8, build number 24H23; macOS Tahoe 26.7, build number 25G229.

As Apple releases iOS 27, iPadOS 27, and macOS 27 Golden Gate, we can expect older versions of Apple's operating systems to receive fewer front-facing updates. Many updates will focus on performance enhancements, bug fixes, and plenty of security updates.
