Apple has reached a $5 trillion valuation, marking a significant milestone driven by strong iPhone demand, a rebound in China, and continued growth in its Services division. This achievement follows its ascent past $4 trillion on October 13, 2025, with the company adding another trillion in market value in less than a year.

The iPhone 17 has been a key financial contributor, with iPhone revenue jumping 23% to $85.3 billion in fiscal Q1 2026. Greater China revenue also saw a substantial 38% year-over-year increase. Services further bolstered growth, generating a record $30.9 billion in the March quarter.

The $5 trillion valuation places pressure on Apple to maintain iPhone demand, deliver on its Apple Intelligence and Siri overhaul, and navigate regulatory challenges to its Services business. The company also faces its first CEO transition since 2011 as John Ternus prepares to replace Tim Cook on September 1, 2026.
