A San Francisco home invasion used an iPad to communicate and steal $3 million in cryptocurrency in what authorities call the city's first 'wrench attack.' The incident involved physical force rather than hacking.

Separately, former UPS workers in Louisville were charged with stealing $113,000 worth of Apple products, including iPhones and AirPods. In New Jersey, two women were arrested for stealing iPhones from an Apple Store, part of an organized retail theft crew.

The FBI also seized an iPhone and MacBook Pros from *Washington Post* reporter Hannah Natanson in a rare national security leak investigation. Other cases involved AirPods tracking a burglar and a stolen iPhone leading Philippine police to a cache of 154 high-end phones.
