vivo has officially launched the X300 Ultra, its latest flagship smartphone that refines the series' signature camera system. The device maintains the core 14mm + 35mm + 85mm triple-camera setup while upgrading both hardware and software capabilities. The 35mm main camera now features a massive 1/1.12-inch 200MP Sony Lytia 901 sensor, nearly 1-inch in size and offering four times the resolution of its predecessor.

The 85mm telephoto zoom introduces Samsung's new ISOCELL HP0 sensor with 200MP resolution and a 1/1.4-inch size. vivo claims this delivers twice as fast autofocus at 60 updates per second and debuts 3° Gimbal-Grade OIS with a CIPA 7.0 stabilization rating. However, the lens aperture drops to f/2.67 from the previous f/2.27. The 14mm ultrawide reportedly reuses the 1/1.28-inch sensor from last year's X200 Ultra.

Beyond hardware, vivo introduces new video capabilities including full focal length OIS, 3D LUT import support, and multi-focal 4K 120fps 10-bit Log video. The company also developed new color science with a 50MP True Color Lens featuring 12 spectral channels for pixel-level color accuracy. The X300 Ultra runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with up to 16GB RAM and a 6,600mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 40W wireless charging.
