Google is increasing the price of the upcoming Pixel Watch 5 by $50 in the US, according to new leaks. The 41mm model will reportedly start at $399, with the larger 45mm version priced at $429. LTE variants will command a further $100 premium.

This marks the first price increase for the Pixel Watch lineup since its debut. The wearable is expected to launch on August 12 alongside the Pixel 11 series. It will retain its 41mm and 45mm sizing options and will be available in four colors: Natural Silver, Dark Anthracite, Warm Gold, and Pyrite.

The Warm Gold option, featuring a polished finish, will be exclusive to the 41mm model, potentially to complement a similar finish on the Pixel 11. While the price increase may be attributed to rising component costs, it places the Pixel Watch 5 in a more expensive category, impacting budget-conscious consumers.
