Google has opened a limited‑time enrollment window for its Pixel Care Plus plan, giving Pixel 9 and Pixel 10 series owners—Pixel 9a and Pixel 10a included—an opportunity to add coverage they missed at purchase. From July 14 to August 2, U.S. customers with devices in good working order can enroll via the My Pixel app or the online store.

The plan offers $0 screen and battery repairs, unlimited accidental damage protection, and optional loss and theft coverage. It also replaces the older Preferred Care and Fi Device Protection programs, adding priority support and upgraded shipping for repairs. Eligibility requires a fully functioning phone free of cracks, mechanical defects, or liquid damage.

Although protection is typically only available for 60 days post‑purchase, Google’s open enrollment extends that window. The monthly cost for a Pixel 10 Pro XL is about $13, while a two‑year plan runs at $239. It’s a chance for users who wanted coverage but skipped it at checkout.

Overall, Pixel Care Plus provides comprehensive protection for everyday use, and the current offer is a rare opportunity to secure it before the deadline.
