Google Play is hosting "The Auction" at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC), offering rewards for both on-site and online participants. Play Points members with Gold status or higher can claim exclusive digital reward cases in the Play Store app for a chance to win prizes like points boosters and surprise collectibles. These cases are available until August 10.

For attendees at SDCC, Google Play provides an immersive space where tokens earned on-site can be used for rewards. Visitors can get a custom tote bag and unique keychain charms at a dedicated charms bar. Additionally, visitors can score rewards for games like MARVEL Strike Force and Crunchyroll.

The event runs from July 23 to July 25. The culmination is a grand auction finale on July 25 at 5 pm PT, hosted by Quenlin Blackwell. High-value items, including a Gen 2 Backbone One | DEATH STRANDING 2 controller and a Herman Miller Vantum Gaming Chair, will be up for auction. Google Play Points are earned by purchasing items through the Google Play Store, which helps users level up through various tiers.
