According to the TikTok USDS Joint Venture, creators are facing delays when posting content as engineers work to resolve the issue. The outage began around 8:24 a.m. ET at Oracle's US East (Ashburn) facility.

This marks the second significant service disruption since TikTok USDS and its Oracle-backed joint venture took over US operations in January.
