The update includes a redesigned OneDrive Activity Center that embraces Swift UI design language and supports Liquid Glass on macOS 26 and beyond. The company rebuilt the app from the ground up after years of criticism about its Windows-centric design and lack of native macOS features. Microsoft specifically mentions improved support for VoiceOver and Full Keyboard Access.

This overhaul represents Microsoft's belated acknowledgment that Mac users expect native experiences.
