iPhone 18 Pro Event Date Predicted

Apple hasn’t sent invitations yet, but its announcement history gives us a remarkably consistent window. For four consecutive years, Apple has announced its annual iPhone event exactly 14 days before the presentation. This pattern suggests the next gathering will likely follow suit.

While no official date is confirmed, Wednesday, September 9 currently stands as the leading possibility. Apple hinted at a first-half-of-September timeframe when opening applications for retail employees to join its Event Support Experience Program. Bloomberg notes that a Wednesday date aligns with Labor Day and preserves traditional attendee travel windows. If the event holds, invitations would arrive on August 26, maintaining the established two-week lead time.

The September 2026 lineup promises to be unusually significant. Apple is expected to unveil three new flagship devices: the iPhone 18 Pro, the standard iPhone 18, and its first foldable iPhone, possibly called iPhone Ultra. Notably absent will be the base model, which is saved for spring 2027. The event will also mark a corporate milestone, as the new CEO officially assumes the role on September 1, making this the inaugural keynote of the new leadership era.
